How It Works
Your wedding day is a special occasion and Forget-Me-Not-Flowers understands that it is the perfect opportunity to express the uniqueness of your relationship. We are passionate about creating floral arrangements that complement your wedding décor theme and express your individuality and we’ve created this package to make communicating your vision of your wedding day flowers as straightforward as possible.

REVIEW PACKAGE: Please read all of the information in this package.
SUBMIT FORM: Complete the attached Wedding Information Form and send it to banffflowers@gmail.com with your name and wedding date in the subject line.
RECEIVE PROPOSAL Within a week of receiving your Wedding Information Form, Forget-Me-Not Flowers will send you a proposal and answer any questions you may have.
COMMUNICATE APPROVAL AND PAYMENT After reviewing your detailed design proposal, you can approve the plan as drafted, or request changes. We ask that any changes be consolidated into one message and communicated via e-mail to banffflowers@gmail.com. Forget-Me-Not Flowers will adjust your proposal to reflect your requests and send a new version to you. Changes cannot be made within one month of the wedding date. To reserve your date, Forget-Me-Not Flowers requires a 50% deposit and a signed copy of your proposal. Your deposit will be applied toward your balance and is non-refundable. Please e-mail your credit card details and completed proposal to banffflowers@gmail.com or call us with your credit card details at 403-762-4111.

*Flower and colour selection is subject to seasonal availability. We will do our best to source yourpreferred blooms and colours however it cannotbe guaranteed.In the case that itis not possible, wewill useour creative floral expertise to make sure your vision is expressed!
